Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
iGenX (“we”, “us”) operates this website and provides AI-related services. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and your rights. We try to keep this short and in plain English.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you contact us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, and the message you send.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
- Cookies: we use a minimal set of cookies needed to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and Google Analytics cookies that help us understand site traffic, campaign attribution, and how visitors engage with calls to action. We also use HubSpot cookies to support contact forms, visitor attribution, and lead follow-up. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, UTM campaign parameters, and on-site events such as discovery-call button clicks or successful contact form submissions. We do not send the contents of contact form messages to Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up on projects.
- To keep the site secure, fast, and free of abuse or spam.
- To improve the site and our services based on aggregated usage patterns.
- To measure campaign performance, including UTM-tagged links shared in marketing or partner communications.
- To route contact form submissions into HubSpot so our team can follow up on qualified inquiries.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data based on the following lawful grounds:
- Contractual necessity: when you reach out to us about a project, we process your data to respond and deliver our services.
- Legitimate interest: we use basic technical data to maintain site security and improve performance, and we use aggregated analytics to understand whether our website and campaigns are useful.
- Consent: where applicable (for example, when you voluntarily submit a contact form), we rely on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@igenx.ai.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us:
- Google Cloud: hosts the website and routes requests.
- Google Analytics: measures website traffic, campaign attribution, and aggregate engagement patterns.
- HubSpot: provides our embedded contact form, visitor attribution, and lead management tools.
We do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising tools on this site.
International data transfers
Our hosting infrastructure on Google Cloud may process or store data in locations outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections, to keep your data secure.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and email correspondence for up to 24 months, or as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our conversation — whichever is shorter. After this period, data is reviewed and deleted unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it (for example, an ongoing project or legal obligation). You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption across the entire site and access controls that limit who on our team can view your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Data breach notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and we will do so as promptly as possible. We will also take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to view, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Send a message to info@igenx.ai and we’ll take care of it within a reasonable timeframe.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools where available.
Depending on where you are located, you may also have the right to:
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Request data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
For California residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@igenx.ai.
Children
Our site is intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated more prominently — for example, through a banner on the site or a direct notification where feasible.
