We also use HubSpot cookies to support contact forms, visitor attribution, and lead follow-up. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, UTM campaign parameters, and on-site events such as discovery-call button clicks or successful contact form submissions. We do not send the contents of contact form messages to Google Analytics.

• HubSpot: provides our embedded contact form, visitor attribution, and lead management tools.

We do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising tools on this site.

International data transfers

Our hosting infrastructure on Google Cloud may process or store data in locations outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections, to keep your data secure.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and email correspondence for up to 24 months, or as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our conversation — whichever is shorter. After this period, data is reviewed and deleted unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it (for example, an ongoing project or legal obligation). You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption across the entire site and access controls that limit who on our team can view your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Data breach notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and we will do so as promptly as possible. We will also take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach.
